EXcellent service. The old chair my mum had, had seen better days when we went for an assessment for a new one. She was immediately given a new one and told about the 365 days a year call out service if you need attention to the chair. The lady that dealt with us was very pleasant and explained everything clearly. My mum looks a good deal more comfy in her new chair with extra arm support - her posture is much improved. It a great relief to know such expert help is available. Thanks.
