"Very supported at the EPAS unit"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Maternity Care (Wards 21-24)

(as the patient),

I attended the EPAS unit at Wishaw General Hospital today to have a scan, as I had some abdominal pain. Both of the midwives and the CSW who looked after me were very supportive and professional. I would like to say a special thanks to Margaret who carried out the scan, this was a very anxious time and she made me feel so relaxed and calm.

Dear ccm22

Thank you so much for your comments in regards to the care you received at the early pregnancy unit in Wishaw General Hospital.

I am happy to hear you felt supported and that the staff helped you to relax and keep calm at what I'm sure was a very anxious time for you.

I will ensure this is fed back to the staff at EPAS and especially to Margaret who will all be delighted they were able to help you.

I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly.

Kind Regards

Lyn
