"Outstanding service"

I had an appointment in Cardiology for an echo and the staff on site made me feel welcome from the minute I stepped foot in the ward until I walked out. The man who took my echo was amazing. He put me at ease and told me everything he was doing and why he had to apply pressure at times. I would like to commend the department for their professionalism and for putting me at ease throughout an appointment I was very worried about.
