My Nan felt up to having her hair wash & set as she's at a grand age of 100, she was fed up of having her hair stuck up in the air, so she had it all rollerered & finally looked like how she always used to look, staff said she looked so much better. She was so so happy to look smart again. Well the next day we go up to visit her. OMG her hair was standing up again. The nurses had washed it again & combed it up to a spike on top of her head. How cruel it that, as it took a lot out of my Nan to have that done , those nurses knew she'd just had it done. Very disappointed. It was bad enough that they'd just moved her because someone else's bed had broken. My Nan hurts just been turned over in bed, let alone been completely moved. Her poor fragile skeleton of a body having to go through that. Brings tears to my eyes.
