"Ward - disgusting"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn, NHS Foundation Trust

My father was admitted to a wars in the hospital... It was filthy. Needs of my father and other patients were neglected, care was terrible.

Some nurses hardly spoke English and understood less so trying to talk about my fathers care was impossible.

Worst treatment I have ever had to witness.

Complaint in process. My concern was for those who don't have family supporting them... Who is their voice ? My comments are for everyone neglected by hospital nurses

I am sorry that your experience at our hospital was as you describe and I am very concerned that you perceived the care to be so poor on one of our wards. I understand that you have submitted a formal complaint and I will try and find out directly from the Complaints Manager all the details of your concerns and ensure that they are investigated and addressed. This is not the experience that we would want for any of our patients or their families.
