I was transferred to West Suffolk Dermatology after appalling and distressing care with the private company operating at Colchester Hospital. I had blood tests and an x-ray on the same day as my Consultant appointment; staff and volunteers were friendly and welcoming with great care to privacy; there was minimal waiting and I was so impressed with the overall efficiency of the hospital.
