"Wonderful"

The Archway is somehow relaxing as soon as you arrive. Tucked away, obvious yet discreet the entrance gives you the impression of entering a place of positivism. The desk staff are polite, helpful and come across as understanding and compassionate which is a bonus if your nervous.

My councillor is differently-abled, like myself which immediately put me at ease. All in all, I'm glad I took the plunge and saw someone (on the advice of friends, a doctor and my physiotherapist.) I was dreading opening myself up to help with mental health but I would highly recommend the Archway to anybody.
