"Nurses where kind, offered food ..."

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Nurses where kind, offered food to fit in with my dental surgery afterwards, anethatist took my needle phobia into consideration.

What could be improved

Where getting changed i was left alone by nurses and just had to sit an wait, i wasnt well informed about where i was going next.

Anything else?

On my notes was clearly writter needle phobia and that i was to have numbing cream i never got any even after asking on the day, luckily the anethtist recognised this and gie me anesthetic gas before inserting my cannula, the nurse nearly made me overdose on ammoxocilin as they wrote on my prescription I should take 2 tablets 3 times a day when i should have only taken 1 tablet 3 times a day luckily i realised my tablet suppy wouldnt last that long and luckily this mistake wasnt made on my pain killers, it was quite scary to think they could make this mistake
