"Please pass on my gratitude"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital

(as the patient),

Went to Stoke Mandaville A and Eat about 4. 30 pm after having fallen from a ladder.

Just wanted to say that I was seen very speedily, the staff all introduced themselves and made you feel at ease. I was taken from triage straight to rapid assessment and then onto x Ray. I can't remember all of the names but the nurse that greeted me in rapid assessment was Sarah.

The whole team are a credit to your service and despite what you hear and see in the press it just goes to show what a great service the NHS can provide. Please pass on my gratitude to everyone involved.

Dear patient

Thank you for posting your feedback on this site regarding your visit to the A&E department at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, following a fall from a ladder.

It is pleasing to hear that you were seen quickly in the department and that the staff make you feel at ease, at what must have been a worrying time for you.

I will make sure that your lovely words of thanks are passed on to the team for recognition of their great service.
