"A good experience"

I wish to express my thanks to all at the A &E department for their care. warmth and respect shown to my husband and myself. My husband was referred to the hospital as a matter of urgency and we were both apprehensive and worried. We were triaged quickly and treated so well by the staff. We were then moved to the treatment area and again we were reassured by a lovely doctor who explained the sequence of tests that would be required. We were then moved to the Ambulatory Emergency Care where the final tests were carried out. The consultant was outstanding and made us feel so much better. They explained the findings in a way we could understand and with warmth and compassion. Once again we want to thank everyone concerned for making a trying day more bearable,
