"Thank you for helping my grandma"

My grandpa wold come to the hospital to receive regular blood transfusions for his leukaemia. On 18th July 2016, he had a stroke in the early hours of the morning and passed away 10 hours later. Thank you to all of the staff who helped him with his end of life care. It is how end of life care "should be". All staff were amazing in looking after my grandpa, ensuring the family were ok and had chairs as we were by his bedside and regularly checked on him.
