Went in after hurting my ankle the previous evening and was worried I had broken it. Saw a very polite receptionist who took my details, about 3 mins later I was called in to explain to the nurse what had happened. After another 2 min wait I went through to be examined and was sent for an X-ray. Waited about 10 mins for X-ray then back to waiting room for 2 mins before seeing the nurse again with the outcome which was thankfully just a bad sprain. The process took less than 1 hour, every single member of staff were lovely, polite, helpful and friendly and the waiting times were so low it felt I hardly waited at all. Much quicket than a&e at qmc would have been and no parking charges either. I would highly recommend the minor injuries unit here and should I ever have anything like this happen to me again I will choose this hospital. A credit to the NHS.
"Really quick friendly place"
