I just wanted to leave a review as I was so impressed by the care and attention my dad has received. Upon my father being contacted for an appointment for a consultation he was seen on time and I can no praise the doctor enough. They were extremely friendly, informative and seemed to have plenty of time to listen to my father. What an asset to your hospital. They put my fathers mind at ease, spoke very clearly ( my father is quite deaf and sometimes misses what people say to him) explained everything clearly with a very positive and friendly attitude. I must also praise all the other staff we came across, from the staff booking people in to the porters who were very friendly and chatty. Lastly after expecting a couple of weeks wait for my father to have a laparoscopy which he is worried about, you contacted him the following day for an appointment the day after. Well done Leighton and all the staff. Keep up the good work.

We would like to thank you for your feedback regarding the care that your father received at MCHFT , we are so pleased to hear that his experience with us was so positive and that he was made to feel at ease during his visit.

We always endeavour to achieve excellent communication between our staff, patients and families and we are pleased to hear that this was evident to you and your father . We are also pleased to hear about the prompt follow up appointment that you received.

It is heartening to know that you found our staff friendly as we know this often helps put people at ease.
