Admitted as an NHS patient for keyhole surgery to my shoulder. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the care I received was first class. Everyone - from the lovely member of staff who delivered (and cut up) my food to the consultant performing the surgery - was polite, professional, unhurried (even though they were busy), and simply brilliant. I was listened to, given good advice, laughed with ... The free, fast WiFi was a definite bonus in keeping in touch with the outside world. I would definitely ask for the Fitzwilliam again and thoroughly recommend it to family and friends. I'm looking forward to going back for physio!
