"Treated with tender care"

My friend had a long wait in the QMC and was in pain with sore running eyes. When she did get the appointment through she was treated with tender care and made to feel at home. The second appointment was a cancellation which she was pleased about. Her appointment was for 8am but unfortunately she was waiting till after lunch. This did prove too much for her but she was grateful for all that was done for her. She is pleased everything went well. Thank you
