"Don't take it out on the patients"

My wife has just given birth by a fantastic midwife in the labour ward and then it was like we arrived to what was in my opinion, hell. I thought some of the staff in the ward were the most unhelpful people I've ever met. Some of them didn't respond and when asked for items it sometimes took them 6 hours to respond. My wife had a private room and the bed was full of blood from her delivery 3 hours previous. In the morning she asked for them to change it and they hadn’t done it. She told me she had to ask 3 times and then after 6 hours they came with what she described as a face like thunder. I am paying over £70 a night for this room. All I can say to some of the midwives is that if you don't like the job, then please don't take it out on the patients which is what I felt like some of them were doing. Oh and when complaining about your bosses do it when the door is closed as I could clearly hear what was being said. I could also hear other people confidential information. We couldn't wait to get out!
