What I liked

My son broke his wrist and after coming to Stafford Hospital the staff both in A&E and the Shugborough ward couldnt do enough to help my son he arrived early evening and at be late evening he had his wrist set straight as both bones had crossed over each other. The only negative comment about the experience was the West Midland Air Ambulance who landed early afternoon in Cannock then refused to take my son saying he wasnt priority leaving him on gas and air and very distressed I am thus disgusted with this and invite them to explain why at any time. But going back to Stafford Hospital keep up the exelcellent work and I would have no problem recomending Stafford to any one thankyou.
