"Endoscopy department"

This week i had to take my elderly father to the endoscopy department for a broncoscopy. I must congratulate the whole department on the caring and professional manner that we were both treated with. The nurse that we saw first explained everything in detail and was genuinely very caring. After the procedure was over, we saw a nurse who explained the results to us and put us at our ease. My father was very concerned about the procedure but he said that the doctor who carried it out was marvelous. We were given information about what to do if we had any problems and were put at ease right up until the time that we went home. Well done to all involved and thank you for the care that my father received that day.
