"Excellent first visit"

Visited the hospital for the first time today. The Volunteers do a great job in making a difficult visit feel easier through the welcome they give. The service was nothing short of what you would want from paying to go private. There was nothing better you could have expected. All staff without exception were attentive and showed genuine care and understanding. The visit was personalised to deal with individual anxieties, giving the time and answers needed. I was very impressed, thank you Rochdale Infirmary.
