About: Queen's Medical Centre / Dermatology

(as the patient),

Arrived about 10 mins early, booked in at reception where one is given a hand held receiver and when it beeps you report back to reception which I did. Was seated outside the doctors cubicle and was called in on time.

She was very customer service focussed, then started to take all my information and did a full check of my facial and scalp skin.

I was advised what to do and issued with a prescription. Very pleased with the service given.

The NHS gets lots of bad publicity and I feel it needs to get the good publicity it needs
