Went there today (04/08/16} for a blood test, Was seen by a rude miserable nurse who just barked orders at me........ Sit down........, hold your arm straight,........ hold that (cotton wool pad)........ that's it!
Please note, smiles cost nothing, manners cost nothing, good morning costs nothing. a Bit of politeness and civility works wonders, try it sometime.

I was sorry to hear of your experience.
We do not complete blood testing at the Minor injuries and Illness Centre.
We will ensure that your comments are passed on the Phlebotomy team who are located in the building for their awareness
