"Hi there. Just visited the Phlebotomy..."

I was thinking that as its a quiet time that I would be in plenty of time as your website says it closes at 16:45. There were signs up saying that it closes at 16:30 which confused me a lttle. However, I was reluctantly rushed into a cubcle and had my blood taken.This was carried out excellently according to protocol. However, after this I approached the desk to inform the admin staff that the website says that it closes at 16:45. The staff member responded with'well its nothing to do with us'. I asked them then...who I should approach if not them and they still responded, mocking my body language with 'I dont know'. Can someone please take responsibility for what seems like a minor clerical error on a website that I would expect an admin staff to acknowledge, apologise and pass to the appropriate people to change. I came in at 16:25 on 4/8.
