"Lacking something"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

The consultation was and hour later than the appointment. Maybe some effort on sorting that instead of reminder texts and letters might be an area for focus on improvement. following an adverse reaction I tried to contact the responsible doctor - got a voicemail for a secretary who it turns out is on leave. Maybe some provision should be made that someone picks up the messages.

I am sorry to hear of your poor experience. Thank you for your suggestions, the team can certainly give them consideration and make sure when people are on leave there is someone to speak with patients.

thank you for writing in,

Sally
