The only good thing was how nice the staff were when I had my ct scan

What could be improved

Everything, the staff are rude, there was no commuincation between the staff. I went in november with kidney infection and bad dyhydration and received bad care. I waited for a hour before a doctor came to see me and before I was given a bed. I had no privacy and was given a bed in the corridor which I think was really bad as I was in a lot of pain and uncomfertable and really did not appreicate people just looking at me and constantly people walking past. I was left in pain for hours and when they put my drip in, there was no communication between any of the nurses because when my drip started to take blood out of me, it took them ages to notice even after telling them and only changed it after 30 mind and when the doctor saw it and I started to get weak and drowsy. I only had one nurse that was nice and rest were horrible. I was not even told when I could go home, I waited a hour to find out when I could go and staff just ignored me when I tried to ask them somthing, to make it even worse they made it impossible for my partner to find me, he came to collect me at 5pm and the reception told him I went at 3, which is a lie as I was still on the drip

Anything else?

Also had probloms with outpatients as they made me wait around for months, never got my results have messed me around with my appointments, also should make parking cheaper
