About: Solihull Hospital

The staff were wonderful, speedy and efficient and explained everything, very kind. The hospital is lovely and clean. Please could someone sort out the food though, it is quite awful in the cafe in the Main Entrance. What about some nice sandwiches and some fruit ?

thank you for your kind comments about your patient experience at Solihull Hospital. I am so pleased to read that the staff who looked after you were speedy, efficient and clearly explained everything to you.

I will ensure that your feedback about the cleanliness of the hospital is highlighted to the Hotel Services Team.

I am sorry that you were unhappy with the food provision in the Main Entrance. I will ensure your suggestions are highlighted appropriately. I hope this is acceptable.
