"Hospital feedback"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

I live in Australia but a family member of mine was attended to in the cardiology unit.over a reasonable period of time.

Despite what was a horrendous life experience, they were comforted by the care and attention they received and went to the trouble of writing to me about how a nurse was so caring and comforting.

I appreciate that it is often the surgeons who get the credit for care; but my aunt could not have been more effusive in her praise for this nurse.

Please pass on my family's thanks and gratitude.
