"Very impressed with the standard of care"

My mum attended A&E in Ninewells this morning following the onset of labyrinthitis, she was very dizzy and off balance and at that point didn't know why. The team reassured her and my dad, giving information about the condition and it's treatment. It was very early in the morning and they were given a cup of tea. Mum was observed in a unit which is part of A&E to ensure she was OK before going home. My parents were very impressed with the standard of care given. As a nurse myself, I am very grateful they were so well looked, please pass on our thanks.
