"I registered in 1996 but am now leaving."

I came to Torkard Hill because of reputation and choice in appointments.

There are now fewer appointments and I cannot get an appointment as there are none for the next 4 weeks.

This is a frequent problem.

I noticed a decline in GP care towards me.

Prescriptions can take several days but we can't order more than 7 days in advance.

The patient just doesn't seem central any longer at this practice.
