What I liked
the food was ok
What could be improved
some nurses were rude there was no dr nurse patient relationship you had to keep aking for pain relief some times this was refused, other patients also commented on this ,you found out by accident what was wrong with you, drs were not interested to discuss treatment with
and could never get a straight answer patients and more interested in freeing up beds .
If doctors had examined me properly i would not have had to be rushed back in
and wait on a trolley in a corridor for a good 5hrs of this from 3.00am until 12.00am 9hrs
an old lady lay on one from 10.00pm until 10.30 am for a bed what a disgrace,
Anything else?
drs sould listen to the patients a bit more this would stop things from being missed
overall the hospital has spent million on new equipment but that is no good when nurses and drs cannot do there jobs right, bitching about each other. you always new in the first half hr on an evening if you were in for a bad night with the nursing staff or lack off it
the Hospital wants a good shake up from top to bottom
the elderly patients were not treated correctly
some nurses could not be bothered with them
food taken away
this is now the 2nd time i have written this why not publish the truth for once or does that hurt
so does missing multiple fractures mistakes tried to be covered up,treat patients with respect do not asume we do not have a brain
and treat us like idiots that also means one of the directors of the board a job should be done with 100% accuracy not well that will do we will note it and file it thinking things will just go away
well they wont they will come back and damage you further so be honest when you have done wrong try and correct it dont treat patients like idiots by adding insults to injuries caused by yourselves
"the food was ok"
