"Poor service"

Went to an assessment after having no therapy help for 2 years with another NHS trust. Was angry about the fact the psychologist told me they would take 2 sessions to reach a diagnosis when the one I'd received privately took 6 sessions and I relayed this to the doctor their. Resulted in a letter where they simply said they don't offer psychotherapy , whereas for 4 months of being in their process that's what I was led to believe would happen. Dr also said in letter their was no evidence from my meet with them I am depressed, when private person very much says this. Just discharged. Shocking really..
