"Great if you don't want to see a doctor"

The environment is lovely. The staff are lovely. Only problem is in 2.5 years I have never actually seen a doctor!! I've even been told there are week long waits to see a nurse! Today I called at 7.59 to be told there were no appointments left for today and I could have a call back. I don't want a call back I want to see a doctor, I know what the problem is and I need antibiotics. Waiting for them to call back to them be asked to go in doesn't work for me as I work full time and can't just swan off to a doctor appointment at the drop of a hat. I will now have to wait all day to go to the walk in centre after work for something my GP could have sorted in 10 mins. Waste of time and I'll be looking for a new surgery
