What I liked

I cannot praise the staff at the Hull Royal Infirmary highly enough.Every single one of them were EXCELLENT!My Uncle firstly went on to ward 9 then to High Dependancy then on to ward 11.All the staff were friendly,hard working and courteous.Nothing was too much trouble.We were kept well informed throughout.

What could be improved

The lifts are a problem at times especially when they are not all working.

Anything else?
