What could be improved
communication,between members of the family and doctor in charge.
Anything else?
My son has crohnes so is a constant visitor to kings mill,we have not been happy with his care since the transfer from qmc ...there is a lack of understanding for my son and his treatment no one returns calls to try and get an answer and the whole experience everytime he goes in is frustrating.
