I was extremely nervous about a biopsy I was about to have and a lump removed from my tongue.

I was immediately put at ease by the consultant and staff.

Everything was just as it had been explained to me on a preliminary visit so I knew what to expect.

I found it particularly reassuring to have comments from the consultant each step of the way.

I was extremely impressed with the skill, care and understanding given to me..
