"Very poor receptionist costumer service skills"

I just would like to menssion one staff from the reception, every time I phone, I feel very unpleasant, usually voice tone is very rude, sound very impatience. I feel very guilty, when I phone it to the medical centre. In my opinion, people with very poor costumer service skills shouldn't be working in that kind of industry.
