"really helpful staff"

Went to have bloods done today and the nurse was lovely and made you feel very at ease. The reception staff were very helpful and as I am disabled I can not walk very far they asked what car my husband had and said that I could wait and they would let me know when he was here so that I did not have to wait outside. I found this most helpful and am very grateful for the kindness shown.
