Issuing a formal written complaint with regard to the treatment of my 82 yr old mother. Left for 12 hours sat in a chair, despite requests to be put in bed, left in a wheelchair from 16.20 until 23.30 on admission day, canula not checked, leaking saline fluid and blood (had dried on bed so been there a while) insertion point of canula inflamed (infected ?) sister removed canula when questioned but very rough an no communication. Just been told being moved to a ward at 22.58 not good, going to see ward Manager tomorrow. Wouldn't treat a dog as bad as they have treated my mother.
