"having a bronchoscopy"

I underwent a bronchoscopy at the Victoria Hospital. Kirkcaldy. I want to express my appreciation to all the staff who looked after me. Dr. Pickles, Barbara and Liena ( hope I have spelled it correctly) who carried out the test. At all times they explained what was happening and catered to my every need. They made what could have been a stressful procedure, reassuring, efficient and extremely professional. I was then handed over to the recovery team of Ashley, Liz and Julie. Thoroughly enjoyable experience rounded off with toast and coffee.
