What I liked

- Hospital was well presented - clean, modern, pleasant environment

- Staff were extremely courteous, polite and helpful

- Excellent coffee shop

- Punctual physitherapy appointments

What could be improved

Fracture clinic appointments did not seem to be staggered leading to some long waits beyond the scheduled appointment time.

Lack of seating in fracture clinic led to many having to stand.

Both the above were either caused or made worse by the icy weather at the time.

Anything else?

Many thanks to all involved for the care and attention I received during my (outpatient) treatment.
