What I liked
The nursing staff are excellent but frustrated by the lack of ownership and or response by the doctors in the A&E department.
What could be improved
The attitude and availability of Doctors in the A&E, sufficiant doctors to be able to cover busy times in A&E reducing the waiting time for a patient such as myself to get to see a doctor. I waited so long to see a doctor in the A&E i ended up discharging myself and paying to see a private consultant through BUPA.
Anything else?
Get more doctors available in your A&E during busy / peak times. And the small amount of doctors that are available or can be bothered to provide A&E cover seem to think they are above the nursing staff and have an attitude problem towards the nursing staff.
