"Patient not helped up after fall"

Appalling 'care' provided in Medway Hospital Gundulf Ward today.
Patient was left on the floor after falling and not given any assistance to get up. When they asked for staff help, they said they were busy with other patients.
The staff closed the curtain on the patient and they ended up self discharging.
