"Terrible"

After a consultation in November 2015 was told I'd need a serious operation on my ear to restore hearing and that I would hear back from them regarding when it would be. Almost a year later I heard nothing despite my constant phone calls to them, I was told they had no idea what operation I was talking about till I finally got another consultation to which I arrived to only to be told I need to see a different doctor and come back again. Really terrible service and completely left me out the loop and had no interest in helping me out despite the 30 minute drive there and back I have to make.
