I went to the orthotics dept after a year or so of pain and poorly made insoles - the service, expertise was spot on, plenty of time to be listened to, thorough examination, then proper fitting, the end result - I have the best custom made orthotic insoles ever, it has corrected my posture and eased the pain. I have just come back from a walking holiday - thanks!!
