About: Leighton Hospital

I attended this department with my daughter on 19th July. We were not kept waiting long and I was so impressed with how the ENT department run like clockwork. The consultant was so conscientious, taking their time and explaining every part of the procedure. The consultant was so helpful and so good with children, especially how they put my daughter at ease. I also felt that the nurse needs a mention they were so helpful too constantly coming to us in the waiting room checking that we were ok. And finally the receptionists in the department were so helpful in booking another appointment for us. I believe that the dermatology department next door could learn a lot from the ENT departments positive attitude and caring nature.
