"Terrible Practice"

The GPS seem dismissive and uncaring. Repeatedly fobbed off, told to be suffering from generic conditions such as hayfever despite showing no relevant symptoms. Reluctant to investigate anything. Blood tests eventually ran but didn't test what they said they would. Advice given in direct contradiction to that provided by other expert medical society. Told I would be referred to a gastrointestinal specialist... still waiting. Also the reception staff were very rude when booking appointments over the phone.
