"Disgusted with the oap's"

I feel this surgery is for oap's only!!!! I work for a living that means 8-5pm, mon-fri. Its a night mare trying to arrange an appointment at short notice in this practice. The person on reception is as helpful as a chocolate chisel in the desert, until its 8: 30 then slowly rumbles into life.By then all the slots are all taken up by oap's with the entire day to do what they need. You can try and book online(webpage is a joke) or wait till 8:30 to call in. This surgery needs to look at its practices in depth and work for all age groups.
