"Great care by Neurosergery Team!"

I was suffering from back pain for over a year and when this became severe I was referred to the Neurosergery team by our Medical Director at Barts Health (also where I work).

To say the team has been amazing is an understatement.

From our first appointment the I felt part of the care plan, with the doctor, taking time to listen to my issues and concerns and advising on the best course of action to help rid me of this illness.

At all stages of my treatment staff were polite, took the time to inform me of what is happening and were very professional.

The ward and the hospital environment was clean and everything I could have asked for.

It is simply not enough to have staff who can carry out surgeries or take your blood as taught by the medical school, but they also need to be caring and considerate - I am pleased to say that the doctor, their team and the ward staff were exactly that and were polite, calm in the way they relayed the information and were highly approachable.

I am really pleased to have the doctor and their amazing team at Barts Health!
