"Appointments booked and then they keep you..."

I think the out of hours GP service at waters meeting health centre is appalling. I was told a time of 11am when they contacted me and I arrived promptly at that time only to be left waiting for 2 hours and still not seen. I had a suspected kidney infection, with lower back pain, and stayed till the point I could not stand it anymore. Why book appointment times if patients are left waiting for hours? There weren't even enough seats for all the poorly people coming in, some sat on the floor, others stood - while ill! Definitely will not be using again. If I get ill I'll grin and bare it.
