What could be improved

I tried to contact the hospital by phone to ascertain the opening times of the walk-in centre. No-one answered as it was a Sunday morning but there was no answer phone message either. In addition, I visited the website for the Trust and was unable to find any information. I actually had to drive round to the hospital to find the details of the opening hours on a notice board. As my mother was unwell and unable to drive herself I do not consider this to be an acceptable state of affairs. Please could you advise me what you intend to do to rectify this problem?
