"Exquisite Care"

About: Royal Brompton Hospital

I had surgery at the Royal Brompton hospital just under two weeks ago and feel compelled to publicly " sing their praises."

All the staff were amazing but in particular I single out the internationally renowned surgeon who completed my seven hour operation and the nursing team in the HDU.

The nursing care that I received within this unit can only be described as esquisite - truly the NHS at its very best. The nursing practice was "first class" and just as important was the kindness and respect with which I was afforded.

From the bottom of my heart I wish to thank both the surgeon and the incredible team within the HDU who nursed me with such skill and compassion.
